Analysis and application on long wavelength static correction in desert area of central Junggar Basin
In desert area of central Junggar Basin, the great changes of surface elevation and the lateral instability of interval velocity and bottom velocity in the weathering and sub-weathering zones are easy to produce the long wavelength static correction problem in seismic stack section resulting the structural configuration distortion. We analyze the long wavelength static correction of seismic data in desert area of central Junggar Basin.Firstly,we studied near-surface structure of the desert area and analyzed the reason to cause the middle and long wavelength static correction problem in seismic section.Secondly,we compared the effect of layered modeling statics method with first arrival refraction statics method, then pointed out the advantages and disadvantages of these two static correction methods and put forward a new statics method combining the two statics methods. The new method can effectively solve long wavelength static correction problems in desert area of central Junggar Basin and avoid structural configuration distortion in seismic stacking imaging.
