Current Situation of Smart Nursing and Nursing Assistants in the Context of Smart Eldercare
With the intensification of the population aging in China and the rapid development of"Internet+",cloud computing,artificial intelligence,and other technologies,the demand for care services for the elderly is imminent,and smart eldercare has become an inevitable trend in the development of the elderly industry.This paper mainly summarizes the current situation of smart nursing and nursing assistants in the context of smart eldercare,and points out that smart nursing has been applied and developed in China's nursing institutions and clinical elderly patients.Nursing assistants,as the important parts of the smart eldercare service system,have common problems at this stage,such as shortage of talents,high rate of burnout,an unsound training system,and insufficient information technology literacy.
