Diagnostic Value of sST2,D-D,MIP-3α and Their Combination for Acute Aortic Dissection
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of serum soluble suppression of tumorigenicity 2(sST2),D-dimer(D-D),macrophage inflammatory protein-3α(MIP-3α)and their combination for acute aortic dissection(AAD).Methods From April 2022 to March 2024,a total of 116 AAD patients admitted to Kashgar District First People's Hospital were retrospectively selected as the research group,and 53 individuals who underwent physical examination in the same hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.General data and laboratory related indexes(TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,CRP,sST2,D-D,and MIP-3)were collected.Multivariate Logistic regression was used to explore the influencing factors of AAD.ROC curve was drawn to analyze the diagnostic value of sST2,D-D,MIP-3α and their combination for AAD.Results CRP,sST2,D-D,and MIP-3α in the research group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that,sST2[OR=2.451,95%CI(1.322-4.544)],D-D[OR=2.894,95%CI(1.329-6.301)],and MIP-3α[OR=3.148,95%CI(1.306-7.590)]were independent influencing factors for AAD(P<0.05).ROC curve analysis showed that,the area under curve(AUC)of sST2,D-D,MIP-3α and their combination in diagnosing AAD was 0.849[95%CI(0.786-0.912)],0.842[95%CI(0.775-0.908)],0.854[95%CI(0.786-0.923)],0.940[95%CI(0.905-0.975)],respectively.The AUC of their combination in the diagnosing AAD was larger than the AUC of sST2,D-D,and MIP-3α in diagnosing AAD alone(P values were<0.05).Conclusion sST2,D-D,and MIP-3α are independent influencing factors for AAD.sST2,D-D,and MIP-3α all have certain diagnostic value for AAD,but the combination of the three has higher diagnostic value for AAD.
