摘要
目的 总结慢性心力衰竭患者远程容量管理的最佳证据,为有效开展慢性心力衰竭患者远程容量管理提供参考.方法 按照"6S"循证资源金字塔证据模型,计算机检索UpToDate、BMJ Best Practice、JBI循证实践数据库、国际指南协作网站(GIN)、苏格兰校际指南网站(SIGN)、英国国家卫生与临床优化研究所(NICE)指南网站、美国心脏病学会(AHA)网站、欧洲心脏病学会(ESC)网站、Cochrane Library、CINAHL、Embase、PubMed、Web of Science、中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、中国生物医学文献数据库中关于慢性心力衰竭患者远程容量管理的文献.检索时限为建库至2024年2月.由2名研究人员进行文献筛选及内容提取、质量评价、证据提取与证据等级评价.结果 共纳入26篇文献,包括随机对照试验11篇、系统评价7篇、指南4篇、专家共识3篇、临床决策1篇.最终形成了慢性心力衰竭患者远程容量管理的最佳证据,包括远程团队、远程容量管理目标、远程容量管理实施前准备、远程媒介、远程容量管理系统功能支持、效果评价6个方面共28条证据.结论 本研究形成了慢性心力衰竭患者远程容量管理的最佳证据,包括远程团队、远程容量管理目标、远程容量管理实施前准备、远程媒介、远程容量管理系统功能支持、效果评价6个方面共28条证据.
Abstract
Objective To summarize the best evidence for remote volume management in patients with chronic heart failure and provide a reference for the effective implementation of remote volume management in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods According to the"6S"evidence based resource pyramid model,the literature related to remote volume management in patients with chronic heart failure was retrieved from UpToDate,BMJ Best Practice,JBI Evidence Based Practice Database,Guidelines International Network(GIN),Scottish Intercollegiate Guidelines Network(SIGN),National Institute for Health and Care Excellence(NICE)guideline website,American Heart Association(AHA)website,European Society of Cardiology(ESC)website,Cochrane Library,CINAHL,Embase,PubMed,Web of Science,CNKI,Wanfang Data,and Chinese Biomedical Literature Database.The retrieval time was from the establishment of the database to February 2024.Two researchers screened the literature,extracted the content,assessed the quality,and conducted the evidence extraction and evalution of evidence grade.Results A total of 26 literature were included,including 11 randomized controlled trials,7 systematic reviews,4 guidelines,3 expert consensuses,and 1 clinical decision.Eventually,the best evidence for remote volume management in patients with chronic heart failure was formed,including 28 pieces of evidence in 6 aspects:remote team,remote volume management goals,preparations before the implementation of remote volume management,remote media,functional support of the remote volume management system,and effect evaluation.Conclusion This study has formed the best evidence for remote volume management in patients with chronic heart failure,including 28 pieces of evidence in 6 aspects:remote team,remote volume management goals,preparations before the implementation of remote volume management,remote media,functional support of the remote volume management system,and effect evaluation.
