免疫检查点抑制剂相关心肌炎检查方法的研究进展

摘要
近年来随着免疫检查点抑制剂(ICIs)在肿瘤治疗中的广泛应用,其引发的一系列免疫相关不良事件逐渐受到临床医务工作者的重视,其中ICIs相关心肌炎最常见,且其病死率较高.然而,ICIs相关心肌炎缺乏特异性临床表现,发病机制不明且诊断方法有限,故其发生率常被低估.本文主要综述了ICIs相关心肌炎的常见检查方法,包括实验室检查指标、心电图、影像学检查及心内膜活检,以期提高临床医生对ICIs相关心肌炎的诊疗水平.
Abstract
In recent years,with the wide application of immune checkpoint inhibitors(ICIs)in tumor treatment,a series of immune-related adverse events caused by ICIs have gradually attracted the attention of clinical medical workers.Among them,ICIs-related myocarditis is the most common and has a high mortality rate.However,the incidence of ICIs-related myocarditis is often underestimated due to the lack of specific clinical manifestations,unclear pathogenesis and limited diagnostic methods.This article mainly reviews the common examination methods of ICIs-related myocarditis,including laboratory examination indexes,electrocardiogram,imaging examination and endocardial biopsy,in order to improve the clinician's diagnosis and treatment level of ICIs-related myocarditis.
