在革命和建设等历史时期,吕振羽在丰富多彩的教育教学及管理实践中,敢于直面出现的问题,运用马克思主义的世界观和方法论进行系统的分析,逐步在办学治校、育人育才、教研关系和师资队伍建设等方面提出了较为独特的观点,进而形成了以强化党的领导、民主集中的治校观,全面发展、服务人民的育人观,外引内培、优化师资的师资观,有机结合、互为促进的科研观为主要内容的教育理论,为新时代党和国家的教育事业提供了一定的理论借鉴.
An Analysis of Lv Zhenyu's Ideology on Education
During the historical period of revolution and construction,Lv Zhenyu was bold to face the problems in his rich experiences of education and teaching as well as its management.He analyzed these problems systematically with the worldview and methodology of Marxism,so as to gradually formed his personal understanding of the running of schools,the cultivation of talents,the relationship between teaching and research and the construction of teaching staff,which were further developed into his viewpoint on the running of schools by strengthening of the Party's leadership and democratic cen-tralization,his viewpoint on the cultivation of talents based on the comprehensive development and the devotion to people,his viewpoint on the construction of teaching staff by optimizing it through external introduction and internal cultivation,and his viewpoint on scientific research which should be the effec-tive integration and mutual promotion of teaching and research.Lv Zhenyu's ideology on education pro-vides some theoretical reference for China's educational cause in the new era.
