Dilemma and Countermeasures for the Protection of Labor Rights and Interests of New Industry Employees
Employees in new industries are different from traditional workers in terms of industry,organization,employment and remuneration,etc.,and at the same time,the lack of effective protection of the labor rights and interests of these employees poses a new challenge to the studies of traditional la-bor relations.Through the study of the current situation of labor rights protection for new types of em-ployees,the paper analyzes the internal causes for the insufficient protection from the aspects of the cur-rent insurance system,the standards for the identification of traditional labor relations,the connection between litigation and arbitration,and the workers'power of rights protection,and then corresponding suggestions are made for the way to improve the protection of workers'rights and interests in terms of strengthening the construction of the insurance system,updating the standards of recognition of labor re-lations,enhancing the construction of the power of workers'rights protection and collaborative govern-ance,so as to regulate the new type of employers.Then,it puts forward corresponding suggestions for improving the protection of workers'rights and interests in terms of strengthening the construction of in-surance system,updating the criteria for identifying labor relations,enhancing the construction of rights protection force,and collaborative governance,so as to regulate the new type of labor relations,pro-mote the orderly development of the labor market,and push forward the construction of harmonious la-bor relations in the digital economy.
