Inheritance and Innovation:Modern Experience and Contemporary Practice for Theoretical Preaching at the Grassroots Level
The propaganda and ideological work shoulder the mission of upholding socialism with Chinese characteristics,rallying public support,fostering a new generation of young people,developing Chinese culture,and better presenting China to the world.Therefore,its importance is self-evident.Grassroots,due to their geographical and population proportions,especially the problems exposed in the modernization process,need to arm and guide the socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics in the new era through preaching and other means.To improve its effect,on the one hand,the understanding of the regularity and scientific nature of propaganda and ideological work is expected to be deepened by actively drawing on the relevant knowledge of mass communication;on the other hand,the successful experience of the Party in propaganda and ideological work should be summarized and constantly developed in practice.The contemporary practice of theoretical preaching at the grassroots level should start from the four dimensions of the effective construction of the team,the accurate analysis of the objects,the targeted content,and the inclusive carrier,and take into account the solution of both practical and ideological problems.
