基于因子分析的地理科学专业教师核心素养提升研究

教师在高校的教育教学活动中扮演着重要角色,教师是否具备必要的综合素养是决定高校教育教学质量水平高低的关键因素之一.地理科学专业是集学科教育与师范教育为一体的本科专业,地理科学专业教师应不断提升其综合素养,以满足新时代不断变化着的学生成长和专业发展之所需.基于问卷调查结果,利用因子分析方法明确地理科学专业教师综合素养的核心要素.研究发现,在学生视角下,地理科学专业教师最需具备的教师素养为尊重素养、学识素养、活跃素养以及沟通素养.基于分析,分别从牢固树立尊重学生的意识理念、强化提升教师的教学学术能力、着力创建活跃的课堂教学氛围、持续保持互信的师生沟通关系四个方面提出提升高校地理科学专业教师尊重素养、学识素养、活跃素养、沟通素养的对策与举措.
Core Qualities Promotion of Geographical Science Teachers Based on Factor Analysis
Teachers play an important role in university teaching activities,and whether teachers possess the comprehensive qualities needed is one of the key factors that determine the effect of teaching activities.Geographical Science is a major for undergraduates that integrates subject education and normal education.Geographical Science teachers should continuously improve their comprehensive quali-ties to meet students'constant needs of professional development in the new era.Based on a question-naire,factor analysis is conducted to identify the core elements of comprehensive literacy of Geograph-ical Science teachers.It is found that,from the perspective of students,the most important qualities for Geographical Science teachers are respect,knowledge,activeness and communication.The paper puts forward the countermeasures to improve these four qualities of Geographical Science teachers in universi-ties by firmly fostering their consciousness of respecting students,enhancing their teaching skills and ac-ademic abilities,developing an active classroom teaching atmosphere,and maintaining the mutual trust between teachers and students.
