Research on the Innovative Model of Local Cultivation of Inter-disciplinary Talents with"Chinese+Professional Competence"in Southeast Asia
With the deepening of the Belt and Road Initiative,Southeast Asian countries demand a large number of inter-disciplinary talents who are familiar with Chinese and professionally qualified.Based on this,it is of great importance to research on the local cultivation model of"Chinese+profes-sional competence"inter-disciplinary talents for Southeast Asia.This model effectively enhances the lan-guage skills and professional competence of international Chinese talents through operable teaching modes,local implementation of teaching plans,and the establishment of cultivation alliances.To over-come the difficulties of this model,the quality of talent cultivation is expected to be improved from the perspectives of educational concepts,educational resources,and evaluation feedback.
