Multimodal Analysis of the Pragmatic Identity Construction in Conflicts Within Online Communities
This study analyzes the causes and characteristics of conflict discourse in the communica-tive context of fan communities in online virtual environments.The findings reveal that disparities in i-dentity cognition and identity frameworks are critical factors driving conflict behaviors.Participants fre-quently employ strategies such as blame,irony,and curse to express dissatisfaction,negate what the other party said,and release emotions.This research can offer valuable insights for maintaining the on-line public opinion environment.
