The intellectual property system promotes high-level self-reliance and strength in science and technology.To achieve this,reforms of China's intellectaul systems should strengthen legislation in key and emerging fields of science and technology,ensure law-based governance,improve the system and mechanisms for judicial protection,and promote the application of research achievements.These ef-forts aim to establish a high-quality legislative framework for intellectual property that supports the devel-opment of new quality productive forces,create a balanced intellectual property protection system that prioritizes efficiency and fairness,and develop an intellectual property application system that facilitates the transformation and use of innovative achievements.
