With the advancement of economic globalization and the evolution of international rela-tions,economic sanctions are undergoing profound transformations:their legal protection is weakening,the targets of sanctions are shifted to non-state entities,and the scope of their effectiveness has expanded beyond their original jurisdiction.These transformations have a profound impact on international relations and international law and also bring enlightenment to our country:China should appropriately use eco-nomic coercion,diversify its list system,build a framework to strategically utilize the extraterritorial effect of targeted economic sanctions,and develop a civil power guidance mechanism to adjust measures for its own economic security.
