摘要
乡村旅游发展与巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果具有联动基础,并都趋向于乡村振兴.文章将两者联动视为系统,借鉴霍尔三维结构模型,以脱贫乡村的振兴为目标,构建了乡村旅游发展与巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果联动的方式-任务-资源-主体四维结构模型,将乡村旅游的发展、巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果的任务项目、乡村发展资源、乡村发展利益相关者纳入统一的分析框架,提出它们联动的三种基本模式类型与联动的基本路径.
Abstract
There is a linkage between the development of rural tourism and the consolidation and expansion of poverty alleviation achievements,and they both contribute to rural revitalization.Viewing the linkage between the two elements as a system,based on Hall three-dimensional structure model,to revitalize rural areas out of poverty,a four-dimension-approaches,tasks,resources,and subjects-structure model was created to illustrate the linkage between rural tourism development and the consoli-dation and expansion of poverty alleviation achievements.This model integrated rural tourism develop-ment,task projects of the consolidation and expansion of poverty alleviation achievements,rural devel-opment resources,and stakeholders into a unified analysis framework.Finally,three basic linkage modes and linkage paths were proposed.
