摘要
本文基于2009-2013年我国发明与实用新型专利的检索数据对官产学三螺旋关系进行测度，结果表明：在两主体合作方面，发明专利官产学两两合作关系的不确定性上升，大学-产业、产业-政府、大学-政府合作的紧密程度依次降低；实用新型专利大学-产业两主体合作日趋密切，而大学-政府、政府-产业的合作不确定性增强。在三主体合作方面，发明与实用新型专利均形成了稳定的三螺旋关系，发明专利的自组织性更高，三重螺旋关系更加紧密。
Abstract
Based on retrieve data of patent for invention and utility model from 2009 to 2013 in China, this study esti-mates the government -industry-university triple helix .Results show that in cooperation of two main bodies , with rise of indeterminacy in the invention patent and government -industry-university, cooperation tightness of university -in-dustry , industry-government , and university-government reduce one after another;the tightness of cooperation utility model patent and university -industry rise , but indeterminacy of university -government and government -industry rise .In cooperation of three main bodies , a patent for invention and utility model formed stable three triple helix relation-ship, the higher a patent for invention of self -organizing is , the more close three triple helix relationship is .
