A Study on the Configuration of Influencing Factors of Network Effects of Digital Platform Enterprises——Based on Fuzzy Set Qualitative Comparative Analysis Method
Under the consumer-led digital wave,network effect has become the key point of the expansion of the market scale of digital platform enterprises,and relying on network effect to establish user value advantage has become the core competitive strategy.In this new context of digital economy,starting from the perspective of network effect,based on the data obtained from the questionnaire,the fuzzy set qualitative comparison method is used to analyze the configuration rela-tionship between its multiple factors,and the synergistic configuration of multi-level antecedent conditions is deeply exca-vated,and the results show that:The synergy between market positioning and price factors is the core causal condition in the process of network effect excitation.The synergy between technical factors and social factors is the core causal condi-tion in the process of network effect expansion.The synergy between platform governance and technical factors is the core causal condition in the iterative process of network effects.On this basis,three implementation paths for digital platform enterprises to expand the market scale of network effect stimulation,expansion and iteration are designed.It provides a scientific reference for the improvement and sustainable development of the comprehensive competitiveness of digital plat-form enterprises.
