数字赋能、可持续探索实践与制造业企业绿色创新——环境规制下对企业的微观调查

摘要
数字经济背景下,企业绿色创新是实现制造业高质量、可持续发展的重要途径.本文分析了数字赋能对提高制造业企业绿色创新绩效的内在机理,并进一步论证了命令控制型环境规制和市场激励型环境规制对于数字赋能、可持续探索和绿色创新绩效关系间的调节作用.通过对我国制造业 356 份企业调查数据的实证检验发现:数字赋能对制造企业绿色创新绩效有显著的促进作用;可持续探索实践在数字赋能和绿色创新绩效关系中起中介作用;命令控制型环境规制正向调节数字赋能对可持续探索实践的正向关系;而市场激励型环境规制在可持续探索实践和绿色创新绩效的关系中调节作用不显著.
Abstract
Under the background of digital economy,enterprise green innovation is an important way to achieve high-quality and sustainable development of manufacturing industry.This paper analyzes the internal mechanism of digital em-powerment to improve the green innovation performance of manufacturing enterprises,and further demonstrates the mod-erating effect of command-and-control environmental regulation and market-incentive environmental regulation on the re-lationship between digital empowerment,sustainable exploitation practice and green innovation performance.Through the empirical test of the survey data of 356 enterprises in China's manufacturing industry,it is found that digital empower-ment has a significant role in promoting the green innovation performance of manufacturing enterprises;sustainable ex-ploration practice plays an intermediary role in the relationship between digital empowerment and green innovation per-formance.Command-controlled environmental regulation positively regulates the positive relationship between digital em-powerment and sustainable exploration practice.Market-motivated environmental regulation has no significant moderating effect on the relationship between sustainable exploration practice and green innovation performance.
