数实融合赋能经济高质量发展:要素型融入与技术型融入
Integration of Digital Economy and Real Economy for High-Quality Economic Development:Factor-based and Technology-based Integration

摘要
促进数字经济和实体经济深度融合是我国经济发展的必然选择,探究数实融合能否提升经济发展质量意义重大.本文采用 2011-2022 年的全国 284 个地级以及 30 个省级面板数据,考察数实融合整体以及要素型数实融合与技术型数实融合对经济发展质量的影响.研究发现,无论是数实融合整体还是分类型数实融合,均能够对经济高质量发展产生显著提升效果,且要素型数实融合对经济质量的正向影响大于技术型数实融合.进一步研究发现,数实融合整体以及分类型数实融合均能够通过缓解要素市场配置扭曲与促进技术创新两个渠道促进经济发展质量提升.
Abstract
Promoting the in-depth integration of digital economy and real economy is an inevitable choice for China's e-conomic development,and it is of great significance to explore whether digital-real integration can improve the quality of economic development,in order to shape China's economic development model.This paper examines the impact of digit-al real integration as a whole,as well as factor-based digital real integration and technology-based digital real integration on the quality of economic development,based on the Chinese provincial and municipal panel data from 2011 to 2022.It is found that both digital integration as a whole and its sub-types can significantly contribute to the high-quality devel-opment of the economy,and the positive impact of factor-based digital integration on the quality of the economy is greater than that of technology-based digital integration.It is further found that both digital integration as a whole and sub-types of digital integration can promote the quality of economic development through the two channels of alleviating the distor-tion of factor market allocation and promoting technological innovation.Based on this,this paper puts forward the follow-ing policy recommendations:(1)Accelerate the construction of a system to stimulate the development of digital-real in-tegration;(2)formulate differentiated policies according to local conditions,and selectively prioritise the development of factor-based digital-real integration or technology-based digital-real integration;(3)enhance the level of marketisation and optimise the business environment;(4)intensify the technological innovation of the whole society and optimise the innovation environment.
