摘要
数字经济的迅猛发展给各行各业带来了深刻变革,供应链的数字化转型成为企业增强竞争力和实现创新发展的重要路径.基于2009-2022年中国A股上市公司面板数据,本文利用双重差分法,考察供应链数字化转型的外生冲击对于上市企业双元创新的影响,并深入剖析其内在机制路径与外在调节效应.研究发现:供应链数字化转型对企业双元创新的效应具有非对称性,即其显著驱动了企业突破式创新,但对于渐进式创新的影响并不显著.一方面,供应链数字化转型冲击主要通过强化企业所受行业知识扩散水平、优化企业创新要素配置效率两条内在传导路径驱动企业突破式创新;另一方面,行业集中程度与供应链交互水平作为外部优化条件,可以赋能供应链数字化转型的突破式创新效应.
Abstract
The rapid development of the digital economy has brought profound changes to various industries,and the digit-al transformation of the supply chain has become an important path for enterprises to enhance competitiveness and achieve innovative development.Based on panel data of A-share listed companies from 2009 to 2022,this article uses the double difference method to explore the impact of external shocks of supply chain digital transformation on dual innovation of lis-ted companies,and deeply analyses its internal mechanism path and external regulatory effects.The empirical results show that the effect of supply chain digital transformation on dual innovation in enterprises is asymmetric,that is,it signif-icantly drives breakthrough innovation in enterprises,but its impact on incremental innovation is not significant.On the one hand,the impact of supply chain digital transformation mainly drives breakthrough innovation in enterprises through two internal transmission paths:strengthening the level of industry knowledge diffusion and optimizing the efficiency of enterprise innovation factor allocation;On the other hand,the degree of industry concentration and the level of supply chain interaction,as external optimization conditions,can empower the breakthrough innovation effect of supply chain dig-ital transformation.This article further proposes policy recommendations such as strengthening the digital security sys-tem,unblocking the flow channels of factors,and improving the level of collaborative cooperation,in order to provide theo-retical reference for fully unleashing the innovative efficiency of supply chain digital transformation and empowering enter-prises to develop in a new and qualitative way.
