摘要
基于 2000-2013 年中国工业企业数据库、中国专利数据库及城市层面的合并数据,在使用复杂社会网络测算中国工业企业内、外部协同创新水平的基础上,本文系统考察了数字化转型与内、外部协同对企业创新绩效的影响.研究发现,数字化转型有利于企业提升创新绩效;数字化转型通过加强企业内、外部协同创新提升创新绩效;数字化转型对创新资源丰富和知识产权保护水平较高城市企业创新绩效的提升效果更显著,且国外来源和数字制造投入类型的数字化转型更有利于企业提升创新绩效.
Abstract
This paper systematically investigates the influence of digital transformation on the innovation performance of enterprises by utilizing data from the China Industrial Enterprise Database,China Patent Database,and city-level datasets spanning from 2000 to 2013.Through complex social network analysis,the study assesses the internal and external collab-orative innovation levels of Chinese industrial enterprises to understand how digital transformation impacts enterprise inno-vation.The study confirms that digital transformation positively impacts firms'innovation performance,even after ad-dressing endogeneity issues;Digital transformation boosts innovation performance by enhancing internal and external col-laborative innovation;Enterprises in cities with abundant innovation resources and higher levels of intellectual property protection experience a more significant improvement in innovation performance through digital transformation;Digital transformation from foreign sources and digital manufacturing input types are found to be particularly beneficial for enhan-cing the innovation performance of enterprises.
