The survey of the studies on the tissue and cell cultures of Panax quinquefolium L. and its secondary metabolites
This is a review about regeneration of aseptic seedling of Panaxquinquefolium L., methods of the tissue and cell cultures, factors effected on the growth of the cell and the synthesis of ginsenosides. The studies showed that it is possible for the industrial production of ginsenosides by using the technology of the cell and tissue culture.
