目的 介绍甘草次酸修饰肝靶向药物传递系统研究进展,为该领域的深入研究和临床用药提供参考.方法 查阅近5年国内外相关文献,对甘草次酸修饰的肝靶向药物传递系统进行归纳和总结.结果 以甘草次酸受体为靶点,应用基于甘草次酸修饰的纳米药物传递系统(脂质体、纳米粒和聚合物胶束等)和甘草次酸-药物复合物将药物更有效地传递至肝组织、肝细胞中,提高抗肿瘤药物的作用效果.结论 甘草次酸修饰肝靶向药物传递系统具有极大的研究价值和应用前景.
Objective To introduce the development of the liver-targeting drug delivery systems modified by glycyrrhetinic acid and provide references for further study and clinical usage of drugs in this field.Methods The liver-targeting drug delivery systems modified by glycyrrhetinic acid are summarized by review the relevant literatures in the recent five years.Results Based on the glycyrrhetinic acid receptors in live target site,nano-scaled drug delivery systems modified by glycyrrhetinic acid (liposomes,nanoparticles and polymeric micelles)and glycyrrhetinic acid-drug complex can effectively deliver the drugs into liver tissues and cells,which further improve the antitumor activity.Conclusions Glycyrrhetinic acid modified livertargeting drug delivery systems have great research values and application prospects.
