目的 研究海绵共附生曲霉属真菌(Aspergillus sp。SYPUF29)的次级代谢产物。方法 采用硅胶、ODS、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱、HPLC等多种手段进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据确定化合物的结构。结果 分离得到9个化合物,分别鉴定为胸腺嘧啶(1)、环(亮氨酸-甘氨酸)(2)、JBIR-74(3)、JBIR-75(4)、3β,15α-dihydroxyl-(22E,24R)-ergosta-5,8(14),22-trien-7-one(5)、α-spinasterol(6)、(22E,24R)-ergosta-7,22-diene-3β,5α,6β-triol(7)、(22E,24R)-ergosta-7,22-diene-3β,5α,6β,9α-tetraol(8)、cellobiosylsterol(9)。结论 化合物5,6,9为首次从曲霉属中分离得到。
Isolation and identification of secondary metabolites of the marine sponge-derived Aspergillus sp.SYPUF29
Objective To study the secondary metabolites from the marine sponge-derived fungus Aspergillus sp.SYPUF29.Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by column chromatography on silica gel column,ODS column,Sephadex LH-20 column and HPLC methods.Physicochemical properties characterization and spectroscopic methods were employed for the structure elucidation.Results Nine compounds were identified as thymine(1),cyclo-(Gly-Leu)(2),JBIR-74(3),JBIR-75(4),3β,15α-dihydroxyl-(22E,24R)-ergosta-5,8(14),22-trien-7-one(5),α-spinasterol(6),(22E,24R)-ergosta-7,22-diene-3β,5α,6β-triol(7),(22E,24R)-ergosta-7,22-diene-3β,5α,6β,9α-tetraol(8)and cellobiosylsterol(9).Conclusion Three compounds(5,6,9)are isolated from the genus of Aspergillus sp.for the first time.
