Isolation and identification of secondary metabolites of the marine sponge-derived Aspergillus sp.SYPUF29
Objective To study the secondary metabolites from the marine sponge-derived fungus Aspergillus sp.SYPUF29.Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by column chromatography on silica gel column,ODS column,Sephadex LH-20 column and HPLC methods.Physicochemical properties characterization and spectroscopic methods were employed for the structure elucidation. Results Nine compounds were identified as thymine(1),cyclo-(Gly-Leu)(2),JBIR-74(3),JBIR-75(4),3β,15α-dihydroxyl-(22E,24R)-ergosta-5,8(14),22-trien-7-one(5),α-spinasterol(6),(22E,24R)-ergosta-7,22-diene-3β,5α,6β-triol(7),(22E,24R)-ergosta-7,22-diene-3β,5α,6β,9α-tetraol(8)and cellobiosylsterol(9).Conclusion Three compounds(5,6,9)are isolated from the genus of Aspergillus sp.for the first time.
