摘要
目的 Vasorin(VASN)蛋白是一种参与了体内血管修复的跨膜糖蛋白,在肿瘤的发生及发展过程中起着重要的作用.方法 基于国内外对VASN的研究成果,现针对VASN分子结构和蛋白表达进行分析.结果 综述了 VASN的生理学功能,讨论了其在肾病、肝癌、胶质瘤、肺癌、甲状腺癌以及乳腺癌中的作用,且分析了 VASN的临床应用及其发展.结论 为相关工作者的研究提供参考.
Abstract
Objective Vasorin(VASN)protein is a transmembrane glycoprotein involved in the repair of blood vessels in the body,and plays an important role in the occurrence and development of tumors.Based on the research results of VASN at home and abroad,we analyze on some information of molecular structure and protein expression of VASN,summarize the physiological functions of VASN,and discuss its role in kidney disease,liver cancer,glioma,lung cancer,thyroid cancer and breast cancer.And analyzed the clinical application and development of VASN,to provide reference for related workers.
