摘要

随着医药技术的发展,联合递送药物与基因是目前治疗癌症的热门手段,智能递送系统优化了基因药物递送中的载体脱靶性、细胞毒性以及基因药物靶向性等问题.本文通过查阅文献资料,以基因药物、智能递送系统、温度敏感、光敏感、pH敏感、磁性敏感和氧化还原敏感等为关键词,结合查询的相关文献,对基因药物的智能递送进行各方面的介绍并综述了智能递送系统在基因药物治疗中的应用情况.通过智能基因药物递送系统的研发,实现了基因药物在体内对肿瘤微环境产生敏感性应答,从而能够定时、定量、定位智能调控基因药物的释放,为肿瘤基因药物治疗手段的开发提供了更多的策略.

Abstract

With the development of medical technology,the co-delivery of drugs and genes has become a popular approach in cancer treatment.Intelligent delivery systems have solved some issues such as carrier off-targeting,cytotoxicity,and the targeting of gene drugs in gene drug delivery.This article reviews the literature on various aspects of intelligent gene drug delivery using keywords such as"gene drugs","intelligent delivery systems","temperature-sensitive","light-sensitive","pH-sensitive","magnetic sensitive",and"redox-sensitive",and summarizes the applications of intelligent delivery systems in gene drug therapy.Through the development of intelligent gene drug delivery systems,it has been possible to achieve a sensitive response to the tumor microenvironment in the body,thereby enabling the timed,quantitative,and targeted intelligent regulation of gene drug release.The delivery systems could provide more strategies for the development of tumor gene drug therapy modalities.
