摘要

动脉粥样硬化(atherosclerosis,AS)是一种由动脉膜内脂质沉积引起的发病复杂、治疗困难的慢性炎症性疾病.在AS中,脂质代谢、氧化应激、肠道菌群及其代谢物、ncRNA、细胞自噬、凋亡都会造成复杂的炎症环境并促进疾病发展.目前,中药对于该类疾病展现出了良好的治疗优势.其中含多糖、黄酮、生物碱、苷类、内酯、木脂素、萜类等活性成分的中药单体、提取物及复方能够调节脂代谢、氧化应激、单核细胞黏附分化、多种细胞迁移增殖、肠道菌群结构和丰度、细胞程序性死亡、miR-NA及lncRNA等,参与AS的脂质积累、内皮损伤、单核细胞黏附、泡沫细胞形成、纤维帽形成、斑块破裂,发挥良好的抗AS作用.本文作者从AS的发病机制出发,总结目前中药调节AS作用机制研究情况.

Abstract

Objective Atherosclerosis(AS),featured with excess lipid deposited in the arterial wall,is a chronic inflammatory disease with complex onset to treat.In AS,disorders within lipid metabolism,oxidative stress,intestinal flora and its metabolites,non-coding RNA,cell autophagy and apoptosis would bring complex inflammatory environment which might promote the development of the disease.At present,traditional Chinese medicine has shown a better therapeutic advantage for AS treatment.Chinese medicine monomers,extracts and compounds containing polysaccharides,flavonoids,alkaloids,glycosides,lactones,lignans and terpenoids can regulate lipid metabolism,oxidative stress,monocyte adhesion and differentiation,migration as well as the proliferation of various cells,intestinal flora structure and abundance,programmed cell death,miRNA and lncRNA,etc.,and participate in lipid accumulation,endothelial cell injury,monocyte adhesion,foam cell formation,fiber cap formation and plaque rupture of AS.Given the pathogenesis of AS,this paper will focus on the inflammatory action in AS,and detailed in the current research progress of Chinese medicine treating diseases.
