摘要
氯法齐明(clofazimine,CFZ)是一种亚胺酚嗪类药物,从麻风病到非结核分枝杆菌疾病,具有广泛的抗菌活性.CFZ具有良好的药代动力学特征、剂量依赖性副作用和较低的价格等优点,现已成为一大研究热点.现代临床研究发现其在皮肤病、口腔炎、寄生虫、病毒以及肿瘤中也具有较好疗效.作者综述了CFZ的临床应用新进展和不良反应,总结了CFZ目前在治疗中的地位以及未来临床应用的可能方向,为临床用药提供参考.
Abstract
Objective Clofazimine(CFZ)is an imiphenazine,which has a wide range of antibacterial activities from leprosy to non-tuberculous mycobacterial diseases.CFZ has become a research hotspot due to its good pharmacokinetic characteristics,dose-dependent side effects and low price.Modern clinical studies have found that it also has good efficacy in skin diseases,stomatitis,parasites,viruses and tumors.The article reviews the recent progress and adverse reactions of CFZ in clinical application,summarizes the current status of CFZ in treatment and the possible direction of future clinical application,so as to provide reference for clinical medication.
