随着抗生素的广泛使用,细菌耐药形势日益严峻.从天然产物中寻找具有抗菌活性的化合物,是发现新抗菌药物或抗菌药物增敏剂以及应对当前耐药形势的有效途径.鱼腥草素钠是中草药鱼腥草的主要抗菌活性成分鱼腥草素的亚硫酸氢钠加成物,具有抗细菌和抗真菌活性.新鱼腥草素钠是鱼腥草素钠的类似物.鱼腥草素钠可以影响多种细菌和真菌的基因表达,抑制生物被膜形成,改变细菌或真菌的细胞形态,与某些现有抗细菌或抗真菌药物联用具有协同作用.鱼腥草素钠及其类似物新鱼腥草素钠的药代动力学、抗细菌与真菌活性、潜在抗菌作用机制和毒理学研究进展等在本文进行了归纳总结,以期为从中药来源的化合物中发现抗菌药物或抗菌药物增敏剂提供参考.
Research progress on the antibacterial and antifungal activities of sodium houttuyfonate and its analogue
With the frequent use of antibiotics,the situation of bacterial resistance is increasingly severe.Searching for compounds with antibacterial activities from natural products is an effective way to find new antibacterial agents or antibiotic enhancers and deal with the current situation of bacterial resistance.Sodium houttuyfonate,which has antibacterial and antifungal activities,is the adduct of sodium bisulfite and houttuynin,the main antibacterial ingredient of Houttuynia cordata Thunb.Sodium new houttuyfonate is one of the analogues of sodium houttuyfonate.Sodium houttuyfonate can influence gene expression of bacteria and fungi,inhibit biofilm formation,alter cell morphology of bacteria or fungi and is synergistic with some existing antibacterial or antifungal agents.The metabolic kinetics,antibacterial effects,underlying antibacterial mode of mechanisms and toxicological studies of sodium houttuyfonate and its analogue are summarized in this review in order to provide reference for the discovery of new antibacterial agents and antibacterial ehnhancers from traditional Chinese medicine.
