细辛炮制加工历史沿革和现代进展

笔者前期研究发现,市售细辛饮片品质差异较大,炮制加工过程不规范及方法混乱是影响其品质的一个主要因素,因此本研究旨在明确炮制加工过程和方法的历史衍变及现代发展过程,明确对细辛药材品质的影响。通过整理本草文献、《中华人民共和国药典》和地方炮制规范中细辛药材的炮制加工方法,梳理了细辛药材的炮制沿革和变化,总结了细辛药材炮制的现代研究成果。上述工作明确了细辛药材炮制加工方法的传承和衍变路线,初步明确了细辛传统炮制的科学内涵,为制定工艺科学合理、参数明确的现代炮制加工工艺提供帮助。总之,细辛炮制加工历史悠久,方法众多,不同方法和工艺对药材影响显著,深挖传统炮制方法衍变及机理,有助于改进炮制工艺,提升细辛饮片品质。
History and modern progress of Asari Radix et Rhizoma processing
The author's previous study found that the quality of Asari Radix et Rhizoma medicinal slices in the market was quite different,the processing process were not standardized and the methods were chaotic,which was a major factor affecting the quality.Therefore,this study aimed to clarify the historical evolution of processing process and methods,and their influence on the quality of Asari Radix et Rhizoma.This study sorted out the processing methods of Asari Radix et Rhizoma in herbal literature,Chinese Pharmacopoeia and local processing norms,combed its processing evolution and changes,and summarized the modern research achievements of Asari Radix et Rhizoma.The above work clarified the inheritance and evolution routes of the processing method of Asari Radix et Rhizoma,and initially cleared the scientific connotation of traditional Asari Radix et Rhizoma processing,which provided help for the inheritance and innovation of the modern processing technology with scientific and reasonable technology and clear parameters.Asari Radix et Rhizoma processing has a long history and many methods.Different methods and processes have significant influence on medicinal materials.The development and mechanism of traditional processing methods are helpful to improve the processing technology and improve the quality of Asari Radix et Rhizoma.
