摘要
目的 对中药配方颗粒的药效学及与饮片药效比较研究进展进行综述.方法 通过查阅近十年国内相关文献,从相关疾病类型、药方种类、病理模型、造模方法、阳性对照药、检测指标等方面进行归纳总结.结果 以中药配方颗粒与中药饮片药效比较研究为主,涉及结肠炎、慢性胃炎、高血脂症、关节炎、恶性肿瘤、糖尿病、感冒等疾病和湿困脾胃证、肾阴虚证、阳明腑实证等中医病证.结论 中药配方颗粒作为新型饮片应用于中医临床,在药效上是否与传统饮片等效仍然存在争议.本文详细综述了中药配方颗粒的药效学及与饮片药效比较研究,对所存在的问题进行分析,并对未来发展进行展望.
Abstract
Objective The pharmacodynamics of Chinese medicine formulation granules and the comparison of pharmacodynamics with decoction pieces were reviewed.Methods The relevant literatures in the past ten years were reviewed and summarized from the types of related diseases,types of prescriptions,pathological models,modeling methods,positive control drugs,detection indexes and so on.Results The pharmacodynamic comparison between Chinese medicine granule and Chinese medicine decoction piece was studied,involving colitis,chronic gastritis,hyperlipidemia,arthritis,malignant tumor,diabetes,cold,dampness of spleen and stomach syndrome,kidney-yin deficiency syndrome,syndrome of excess of Yangming fu-viscera and other traditional Chinese medicine diseases.Conclusions As a new type of decoction piece used in traditional Chinese medicine clinic,it is still controversial whether the efficacy is equivalent to that of traditional decoction piece.In this paper,the pharmacodynamics of Chinese medicine formula granules and their comparative study with that of decoction pieces were reviewed in detail,the existing problems were analyzed,and the future development was prospected.
