基于低场核磁技术的薏苡仁属地快速鉴别

目的 对5 个不同属地共25 批次的薏苡仁药材进行原产地快速鉴别。方法 使用低场核磁共振分析仪,分析其体内的水分及脂类特征种类及含量,并对数据进行处理分类。结果 本次检测中,5 个不同属地的薏苡仁药材水分及脂类含量相差较小,仅从标准检验无法对其原产地进行鉴别,而通过低场核磁共振分析仪分析和处理,可以准确地鉴别其原产地,成功率为 100%,每个样品仅需测试2 min,全部样品仅3h完成所有测试。结论 通过非传统分析仪器对中药材原产地进行快速准确鉴别,可促进特色农业良性发展和中药现代化的理性研究。
Rapid identification of the origins of Coicis Semen based on low-field NMR technique
Objective To identify the origin of 25 batches of Coicis Semen samples from five different regions.Methods Low field NMR analyzer was used to analyze the characteristic types and contents of moisture and lipids,and the data were normalized and clustered.Results In this test,the moisture and lipid contents of Coicis Semen from five different regions were not significantly different.While the origins of Coicis Semen could not be independently identified with the conventional test,they were accurately classified by low-field NMR analyzer with the success rate of 100%.All 25 samples were analyzed under 3 hours with 2 minutes for each.Conclusion Rapid and accurate identification of the origin of Chinese medicinal materials by non-traditional analytical instruments can promote the development of specialty agriculture and the rational research on the modernization of Chinese medicinal materials.
