摘要

目的 对小槐花(Ohwia caudata(Thunberg)H.Ohashi)叶的化学成分进行研究,丰富其物质基础.方法 采用加热回流提取法对小槐花干燥叶进行提取,综合利用多种色谱法对小槐花叶的化学成分进行分离纯化,采用核磁共振波谱和质谱技术对其进行结构鉴定.结果 从小槐花干燥叶体积分数70%乙醇提取物中分离鉴定了异牡荆苷(1)、牡荆苷(2)、芹菜素-6,8-二-C-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(3)、异肥皂草苷(4)、异牡荆素-2″-O-鼠李糖苷(5)、当药黄素(6)、异当药黄素(7)、2″-O-鼠李糖基当药黄素(8)、2″-O-鼠李糖基异当药黄素(9)、异荭草素(10)、荭草素(11)、异荭草素 2″-O-鼠李糖苷(12)、日当药黄素(13)、2″-O-鼠李糖基日当药黄素(14)、异金雀花素-7-O-葡萄糖苷(15)等15 个黄酮碳苷类成分.结论 化合物4、5、7、11-15 为首次从小槐花属植物中分离得到.

Abstract

Objective The chemical constituent′s investigation of Ohwia caudata(Thunberg)H.Ohashi leaves was carried out to enrich its material basis.Methods The dried leaves of O.caudata were extracted by heating reflux to obtain 70%EtOH extraction.Then,the extraction was separated and purified by various chromatographic methods to gain compounds,whose structures were identified by using NMR and mass spectra mainly.Results Fifteen C-glycosyl flavonoids named as isovitexin(1),vitexin(2),6,8-di-C-β-D-glucopyranosylapigenin(3),isosaponarin(4),isovitexin-2″-O-rhamnoside(5),swertisin(6),isoswertisin(7),2″-O-rhamnosylswertisin(8),2″-α-rhamnopyranosyl-7-O-methylvitexin(9),luteolin 6-C-β-glucopyranoside(10),luteolin 8-C-β-glucopyranoside(11),isoorientin-2″-O-rhamnoside(12),swertiajaponin(13),2″-O-rhamnopyranosyl-7-O-methylisoorientin(14),and isoscoparin-7-O-glucoside(15)were obtained from the 70%ethanol extract of O.caudata leaves.Conclusion Among them,compounds 4,5,7,11-15 are gained from Ohwia genus for the first time.
