New progress in research on fermentation of traditional Chinese medicine
Objective At present,there are some problems in the research of traditional Chinese medicine fermentation,such as unclear fermentation mechanism,backward technology and insufficient systematic quality evaluation standard.It is difficult to give full play to the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine fermented decoction pieces,and it is difficult to achieve process standardization,uniform specifications and intelligent equipment.Therefore,it is necessary to further explore the processing methods of traditional Chinese medicine fermented decoction pieces,verify the processing principle and modernize the processing technology,so as to provide reference for the development of traditional Chinese medicine fermentation technology.Methods Through literature analysis and ancient literature review,the traditional fermentation methods of traditional Chinese medicine were verified and summarized,and the related research on the fermentation of traditional Chinese medicine was summarized.The fermentation of traditional Chinese medicine was summarized from the aspects of fermentation strains,fermentation forms,fermentation equipment,process optimization,fermentation mechanism,chemical composition change and pharmacological action change and application research.Results The fermentation process was summarized,the fermentation equipment,fermentation optimization process and fermentation strains of traditional Chinese medicine were summarized,and the fermentation technology of traditional Chinese medicine was optimized and explored.Further clarify the changes of chemical composition and pharmacodynamics after fermentation,make its material basis and mechanism of action more clear,and develop its application in many fields such as medical clinic and animal husbandry.Conclusion Based on the study of drug property change,chemical composition and pharmacological action,the fermentation strain,fermentation form,fermentation equipment and process parameters were screened to make Chinese herbal pieces achieve fermentation processing effect more efficiently.And through the development of modern microbiology to open up new research areas of Chinese medicine,can promote the modernization of Chinese medicine fermentation.
