The preparation and evaluation of Coenzyme Q10 flexible liposome gel
Objective Coenzyme Q10 was prepared into flexible liposome gel,and its in vitro characteristics and anti-aging effect were investigated.Methods The gel agent was prepared with carbomer 940 as the gel matrix,glycerol and propylene glycol as the humectant,and the skin retention amount was used as the index,the orthogonal experimental design was used to optimize the prescription of coenzyme Q10 flexible liposomes,and its appearance morphology,rheology,in vitro release,in vitro transdermal and anti-aging pharmacodynamics were investigated.Results Coenzyme Q10 flexible liposome gel prescriptions were:Carbomer 940 ratio of 0.5%,moisturizer ratio of 10%,glycerol to propylene glycol ratio of 1∶1,triethanolamine ratio of 0.4%.The gel texture was uniform and delicate,and the rheological results showed that the prepared gel belonged to a pseudoplastic fluid.The in vitro release of coenzyme Q10 flexible liposome was higher than that of coenzyme Q10 flexible liposome gel and coenzyme Q10 facial cream.The results showed that the transdermal amount of coenzyme Q10 flexible liposome was higher than that of coenzyme Q10 flexible liposome gel,but the skin retention was lower than that of Coenzyme Q10 flexible liposome gel.The pharmacodynamic results showed that coenzyme Q10 flexible liposome gel can increase the antioxidant activity of skin,increase the content of skin collagen fiber and delay skin aging.Conclusion coenzyme Q10 flexible liposome gel can improve skin antioxidant capacity and delay skin aging.
