摘要
新型冠状病毒感染(corona virus disease 2019,COVID-19)是由2019 冠状病毒病导致的急性呼吸道传染性疾病,在缺乏有效治疗的情况时,疫苗是预防和控制 COVID-19 的最有效和最具成本效益的策略.在立足于全球实际问题和对产品需求,比较COVID-19 疫苗开发利用的平台及发展阶段不同的基础上,着重对COVID-19 疫苗的安全性与有效性、不同种类疫苗的优势与劣势等方面进行分析.全球获得各国政府批准使用的新冠疫苗超过 25 款,我国已有 5 个品牌的新型冠状病毒疫苗获批上市.本文对新型冠状病毒感染疫苗的类型、研究成果等方面以及解决新型冠状病毒感染面临的挑战进行综述.
Abstract
Novel coronavirus infection(coronavirus disease 2019,COVID-19)is an acute respiratory infectious disease caused by coronavirus disease 2019,and a vaccine is the most effective and cost-efficient strategy for preventing and controlling COVID-19 in the absence of effective treatment.Based on the actual global problems and the demand for products,this paper compares the different platforms and development stages of COVID-19 vaccine development and utilization,and focuses on the safety and effectiveness of COVID-19 vaccines,as well as the advantages and disadvantages of different types of vaccines.More than 25 COVID-19 vaccines have been approved for use by governments around the world,and five brands of COVID-19 vaccines have been approved for sale in China.This review introduces the types of vaccines for novel coronavirus infection,research achievements,as well as the challenges of novel coronavirus infection.
