摘要
目的:调查口腔专科医院急诊就诊疾病的类型和分布特点,分析就诊原因并制定相应治疗方案.方法:回顾性分析2020年1月1日至2021年12月31日于我院急诊就诊的口腔患者1 918例的临床资料,分析口腔专科医院急诊科就诊患者的疾病类型和分布特点.结果:1 918例患者中,多以牙痛为主诉症状,排在前3位的是急性牙髓炎/根尖周炎(30.1%)、慢性牙髓炎/根尖周炎(16.6%)及急性冠周炎/阻生(10.5%),不同年龄组之间的诊断构成差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论:口腔急诊疾病发病急、疼痛难忍,口腔医师应了解急诊科口腔常见疾病就诊的分布特点,掌握各种急症的诊疗方案.
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the types and distribution characteristics of emergency diseases in stomatological hospital,and analyze the reasons of emergency treatment,in order to formulate the corresponding treatment plan.Method:The clinical data of 1 918 patients admitted to the emergency department of our hospital from Jan 1,2020 to Dec 31,2021 was retrospectively analyzed to understand the types and distribution characteristics of the patients.Results:Among the 1 918 patients,toothache was the main complaint symptom,and the top three were acute pulpitis/periapical periodontitis(30.1%),chronic pulpitis/periapical periodontitis(16.6%),and acute pericoronitis/impacted teeth(10.5%).There was significant difference in diagnostic composition between different age groups(P＜0.01).Conclusions:Because the onset of oral emergency diseases is urgent and the pain is unbearable,dentists should understand the distribution characteristics of common oral diseases in the emergency department and master the diagnosis and treatment plan of various emergency cases.
