摘要

目的:探讨课程思政+慕课+BOPPPS教学模式在医学免疫学与病原生物学教学中的效果.方法:选取某高职院校2021级护理、药学、助产3个专业学生,以班为单位,各专业随机抽取1个班作为对照组,采用PBL+CBS教学模式;各专业随机抽取1个班作为试验组,采用课程思政+慕课+BOPPPS教学模式,以理论成绩、课程思政教学满意度问卷调查、医学生专业承诺、学习倦怠、和实践思政对课程思政+慕课+BOPPPS教学效果进行评价.结果:试验组学生理论考试成绩高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组学生对课程思政+慕课+BOPPPS教学模式评价较高;试验组医学生专业承诺得分高于对照组(P<0.01);试验组医学生学习倦怠得分低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组学生参与"实践思政"人数高于对照组.结论:课程思政+慕课+BOPPPS教学模式有助于提高医学免疫学与病原生物学的教学育人效果,为高职医学院校医学专业课程进行课程思政教学提供依据.

Abstract

Objective:To explore the teaching effect of Ideological and Political Education+MOOC+BOPPPS in the teaching of Medical Immunology and Pathogenic Biology.Methods:Three majors of nursing,pharmacy and midwifery of grade 2021 in a higher vocational college were selected.One class was randomly select from each major as the control group,and received PBL+CBS teaching mode.One class was randomly selected from each major as the experimental group,and received the teaching mode of Ideological and Political Education+MOOC+BOPPPS.The teaching effect was evaluated by theoretical results,questionnaire survey,and"practical ideological politics".Results:The theoretical examination score in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The experimental group had a higher satisfaction with the teaching model than the control group.The score of professional commitment in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01),and the learning burnout score in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The number of students in the experimental group participating in"practical ideological politics"was higher than that in the control group.Conclusion:The teaching mode of Ideological and Political Education+MOOC+BOPPPS helps to improve the educational effect of Medical Immunology and Pathogenic Biology,and provides a basis for the teaching of Ideological and Political Education in medical professional courses in higher vocational medical colleges.
