Practice of teaching management reform of Chinese-foreign cooperative running schools based on five el-ements of quality management
Objective:To explore the practice effect of teaching management reform in Chinese-foreign cooperative education based on the five fundamental elements of quality management:personnel,machinery,materials,methods,and environment.Methods:A total of 150 students from grade 2021 were randomly divided into the control group and the research group,utilizing the random number table approach.The control group received conventional teaching management strategies,emphasizing teacher-centric instruction.Conversely,the research group underwent a comprehensive teaching management reform,which incorporated the five quality management elements to foster a more student-centered,interactive,and resource-optimized learning environment.The learning effect,classroom participation and students'satisfaction with teaching management were compared between the two groups.Result:The learning effect,classroom participation and students'satisfaction with teaching management of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:The teaching management reform based on the five elements of quality management is a powerful tool for improving students'learning outcomes and classroom participation.The significant improvements observed in academic performance and student satisfaction highlight the practical value and widespread acceptance of this innovative approach in Chinese-foreign cooperative education environments.
