互联网背景下SPOC+PBL混合教学法在儿科护理教学中对考试成绩的影响

摘要
目的:探讨互联网背景下SPOC+PBL混合教学法在儿科实习护生中的应用.方法:选择2020年1月至12月在我院实习的100名儿科实习护生为对照组,采取PBL教学法;选择2021年1月至2022年12月在我院实习的100名儿科实习护生为观察组,实施互联网背景下SPOC+PBL混合教学法,比较2组学习效果满意度、考核成绩、评判性思维能力评分.结果:观察组护生学习效果满意度、考核成绩、评判性思维能力评分均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论:使用互联网背景下SPOC+PBL混合教学法进行教学,可以提高儿科实习护生学习满意度、考核成绩等,也可以提升学生的综合专业水平.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application of SPOC+PBL mixed teaching method in Pediatric practice nursing students under the background of Internet.Methods:A total of 100 Pediatric practice nursing students in our hospital from Jan to Dec 2020 were selected as the control group,and the PBL teaching method was adopted.Another 100 Pediatric practice nursing students from Jan 2021 to Dec 2022 were selected as the observation group,and SPOC+PBL mixed teaching method under the background of Internet was adopted.After teaching,the satisfaction with learning outcomes,assessment scores,and critical thinking ability scores were compared between two groups.Result:After teaching,the satisfaction with learning outcomes,assessment scores,and critical thinking ability scores were higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:SPOC+PBL mixed teaching method under the background of Internet can improve learning satisfaction and assessment scores,as well as enhance students'comprehensive professional level.
