金属基纳米酶抗菌机制及应用研究进展

由细菌引起的相关疾病引起了人类的广泛关注.近年来,细菌耐药性逐渐增加,因此迫切需要开发新的抗菌剂.随着纳米材料迅速发展,具有类酶催化活性的纳米材料(纳米酶)逐渐受到关注.纳米酶具有纳米材料独特的物理化学性质和酶的催化活性,具有结构稳定、生产成本低的特点.其中,金属基纳米酶在抗菌领域中发挥着巨大应用价值.本文基于金属基纳米酶材料进行概述,并进一步综述了金属基纳米酶的抗菌机制和应用研究进展,同时对抑菌性纳米酶的未来挑战和前景进行了展望.
Research progress on antimicrobial mechanism and application of metal-based nanoenzymes
Diseases caused by bacteria have attracted extensive human attention.In recent years,bacterial resistance has been gradually increasing,so there is an urgent need to develop new antimicrobial agents.With the rapid development of nanomaterials,nanomaterials with enzyme-like catalytic activity(nanoenzymes)have gradually attracted attention.Nanoenzymes have the unique physicochemical properties of nanomaterials and enzyme catalytic activity,with stable structure and low production cost.Among them,metal-based nanoenzymes play a great application value in the field of antibacterial.This paper provides an overview based on metal-based nanoenzymes materials and further reviews the antimicrobial mechanism and application of metal-based nanoenzymes,as well as the future challenges and prospects of bacteriostatic nanoenzymes.
