经腹部超声与CT在子宫肌瘤疾病诊断中的应用价值

摘要
目的 分析在子宫肌瘤疾病的诊断中,经腹部超声与CT对不同类型子宫肌瘤疾病的检出情况.方法 以我院收治的经病理检查后确诊为子宫肌瘤的100例患者作为研究对象,入院时间均为2021年1月至2022年12月,所有患者均行腹部超声检查和CT检查,以手术病理检查结果为依据,比较2种检查方法的检出阳性率和对不同类型子宫肌瘤疾病的检出率.结果 经腹部超声检查发现,100例患者中有85例(85.0％)检出子宫肌瘤,其中浆膜下肌瘤、肌壁间肌瘤、黏膜下肌瘤、多发性子宫肌瘤的检出率分别是15.3％、27.1％、11.8％、45.9％;CT检查发现100例中有95例(95.0％),其中浆膜下肌瘤、肌壁间肌瘤、黏膜下肌瘤、多发性子宫肌瘤的检出率分别是15.8％、26.3％、13.7％、44.2％,腹部超声对子宫肌瘤的诊断阳性率低于CT(P＜0.05),但两者对不同类型疾病的检出率比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 经腹部超声与CT检查均可对子宫肌瘤疾病进行诊断,两者对不同类型疾病的检出率相近.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the diagnostic efficacy of transabdominal ultrasound and CT in the diagnosis of different types of uterine fibroids.Methods One hundred patients admitted to our hospital who were diagnosed with uterine fibroids after pathological examination were taken as the study subjects.The admission time was from January 2021 to December 2022,and all patients underwent abdominal ultrasonography and CT examination.Based on the surgical pathological examination,compare the detection positive rate of the two methods and the detection rate of different types of uterine fibroids disease and calculate the sensitivity of the diagnosis of the two methods.Results By abdominal ultrasonography,fibroids were detected in 85 patients(85.0％),of which the detection rate of subplasma leiomyoma,interstitial leiomyoma submucosal leiomyoma,and multiple uterine fibroids were 15.3％,27.1％,11.8％,and 45.9％,respectively.CT examination revealed that there were 95 cases(95.0％)with fibroids,of which the detection rate of subplasma,leiomyoma intermural leiomyoma,submucosal leiomyoma,and multiple uterine fibroids were 15.8％,26.3％,13.7％,and 44.2％,respectively.The diagnostic positivity rate of uterine fibroids by abdominal ultrasound was lower than that by CT(P＜0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two in the detection rates of the different types of diseases(P＞0.05).Conclusion Both transabdominal ultrasound and CT can be used to diagnose uterine fibroids,with similar detection rates for different types of disease.
