CT引导下分体活检针穿刺活检技术在肺内占位性病变诊断的成功率及确诊率评价

摘要
目的 观察分析采用CT引导下分体活检针穿刺活检技术诊断肺内占位性病变的成功率以及确诊效果.方法 选择医院2018年1月至2022年12月收治的220例肺内占位性病变患者作为观察对象,进行临床资料的回顾性分析.所有确诊患者均接受了 CT引导下分体活检针穿刺活检技术的检查、诊断,观察分析其检查诊断的成功率以及确诊率,实施活检术后的并发症情况.结果 220例患者均穿刺成功,总穿刺次数为270次,穿刺成功率为100％.其中有170例患者进行了 1次穿刺取出活检样本,40例患者行2次穿刺取出活检样本,10例患者接受了 3次活检样本取出.CT引导下分体活检针穿刺活检技术诊断结果:220例患者中共诊断出了 210例患者,诊断准确度为95.4％,包括恶性病变患者140例(66.7％),良性病变70例(33.3％).220例患者中共出现了 60例(27.3％)并发症患者,主要表现为气胸和出血.结论 针对肺内占位性病变患者的检查诊断,利用CT引导下分体活检针穿刺活检技术检查后,具有较高的诊断成功率和准确率且穿刺成功率也较高,但在穿刺活检技术后患者存在着一定的并发症.
Abstract
Objective To observe and analysis of the success rate and diagnostic effect of using CT-guided split needle biopsy technology to diagnose pulmonary space-occupying lesions.Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical data was conducted on 220 patients with pulmonary space-occupying lesions admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to December 2022.All confirmed patients underwent a CT-guided split needle biopsy technique for examination.and diagnosis.The success rate and diagnostic accuracy of the examination and analysis were observed,as well as the complications after the biopsy.Results All 220 patients were successfully punctured,with a total of 270 punctures and a puncture success rate of 100％.Among them,170 patients underwent one puncture to remove biopsy samples,40 patients underwent two punctures to remove biopsy samples,and 10 patients underwent three biopsies to remove samples.The diagnostic results of CT guided split needle biopsy technique were that a total of 210 patients were diagnosed in 220 patients,with a diagnostic accuracy of 95.4％,including 140 patients with malignant lesions(66.7％)and 70 patients with benign lesions(33.3％).A total of 60(27.3％)of the 220 patients had complications,mainly manifested as pneumothorax and bleeding.Conclusion For the examination and diagnosis of patients with pulmonary space-occupying lesions,the use of CT-guided split body biopsy needle puncture biopsy technology has a high diagnostic success rate and accuracy,and the puncture success rate is also high.However,there are certain complications in patients after the puncture biopsy technology.
