腹膜后恶性神经鞘瘤的多排螺旋CT表现及诊断准确性价值分析

摘要
目的 分析腹膜后恶性神经鞘瘤(MPNST)的多排螺旋CT表现及诊断准确性价值.方法 选取2020年4月至2021年1月期间我院就诊的30例腹膜后MPNST患者临床资料进行分析,患者均实施CT平扫和增强扫描,并结合患者的CT表现特点实施总结.结果 30例患者中,共检出10例交感神经源性肿瘤:2例节细胞神经、6例神经母细胞瘤、2例神经节神经母细胞瘤;神经鞘膜瘤10例:6例神经纤维瘤、4例良性神经鞘瘤;副神经节瘤10例:4例嗜铬细胞瘤、4例良性副节瘤、2例恶性副节瘤.结论 多排螺旋CT在疾病诊断中的价值较高,可准确鉴别疾病类型,并在术前做出准确诊断,为后续治疗提供参考.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the multidetector CT appearance and diagnostic accuracy value of retroperitoneal malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumors(MPNST).Methods Thirty patients with retroperitoneal MPNST who visited our hospital from April 2020 to January 2021 were selected for clinical analysis.All patients underwent CT plain and enhanced scans,and were summarized based on their CT characteristics.Results Among the 30 patients,a total of 10 cases with sympathetic neurogenic tumors were detected:2 cases with ganglioneuroma,6 cases with neuroblastoma,and 2 cases with ganglioneuroblastoma.Ten cases with schwannoma:6 cases with neurofibroma and 4 cases with benign schwannoma.Ten cases with paraganglioma:4 cases with pheochromocytoma,4 cases with benign paraganglioma,and 2 cases with malignant paraganglioma.Conclusion Retroperitoneal neurogenic tumors are diagnosed accurately preoperatively in most cases based on their site of origin,CT findings,which could provide reference for follow-up treatment.
