摘要

目的 分析在特发性脊柱侧弯诊断中运用多层螺旋CT三维重建技术的准确性和影像学表现.方法 纳入本院 2022 年 1 月至 12 月拟诊为特发性脊柱侧弯的 29 例患者作为此次分析对象,各自对患者进行多层螺旋CT三维重建技术和磁共振成像检查,并分析多层螺旋CT三维重建技术及磁共振成像诊断特发性脊柱侧弯疾病的准确性和影像学表现.结果 29例受检者中确诊为特发性脊柱性侧弯患者有 20 例,6例脊髓病变者由磁共振成像检查发现,3 例隐匿性椎体畸形者由多层螺旋CT三维重建技术检查发现.29 例患者Cobb's角在21°~90°,平均Cobb's角为(32±10)°.多层螺旋CT三维重建技术图像比磁共振成像检查影像图像更好.结论 在特发性脊柱侧弯诊断中运用多层螺旋CT三维重建技术的准确性较高,诊断结果准确,图像清晰,分辨率高.

Abstract

Objective To analyze the accuracy and imaging performance of multi-slice spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction technology in the diagnosis of idiopathic scoliosis.Methods Twenty-nine patients with idiopathic scoliosis who were proposed to be diagnosed in our hospital from January to December 2022 were included as the analysis objects.The patients were examined by three-dimensional reconstruction technology of multi-slice spiral CT and magnetic resonance imaging,and the accuracy and imaging performance of three-dimensional reconstruction technology of multi-slice spiral CT and magnetic resonance imaging in the diagnosis of idiopathic scoliosis were analyzed.Results Among the 29 subjects,3 cases were found to have occult vertebral deformity by using multi-slice spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction technology,6 cases were found to have spinal cord lesions by magnetic resonance imaging,and 20 cases were finally diagnosed as idiopathic scoliosis.The Cobb's angle of 29 patients ranged from 21°to 90°,and the average Cobb's angle was(32±10)°.The 3D reconstruction image of multi-slice spiral CT is better than that of magnetic resonance imaging.Conclusion The accuracy of multi-slice spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction technology in the diagnosis of idiopathic scoliosis is high,and the imaging performance is excellent.
