Objective To explore the effect of color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI)combined with non-stress test(NST)on the diagnosis of intrauterine distress in high-risk pregnant women in late pregnancy,to provide reference fdr clinical improvement of scientific and effective diagnosis scheme. Methods A total of 98 high-risk pregnant women in late pregnancy admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to March 2023 were selected as research objects.According to delivery results, pregnant women were divided into a distress group(37 cases)and a non-distress group(61 cases),all of which underwent CDFI and NST examination.Blood flow spectrum parameters[resistance index(RI),pulsation index(PI),systolic to diastolic flow rate ratio(S/D)],NST test results, and positive rate of the two groups were analyzed, and the receiver operating characteristic(ROC)was used to analyze the diagnostic efficiency of CDFI,NST,and combined test. Results The PI,RI,and S/D of middle cerebral artery(MCA)in the distress group were lower than those in no distress group, and the PI,RI,and S/D of the umbilical artery(UA)were higher than those in no distress group(P<0.05).The abnormal rate of NST fetal heart monitoring in the distress group was higher than that in the non-distress group(P<0.05).The positive rate of CDFI,NST and combined examination in the distress group was higher than that in the non-distress group(P<0.05).ROC curve results showed that the AUC value of combined examination for fetaldistress was 0.894,the sensitivity was 95%,and the specificity was 93%,which were significantly higher than the single diagnostic efficacy of CDFI and NST(P<0.05).Conclusion NST combined with CDFI has high diagnostic efficacy for fetal distress in high-risk pregnant women in late pregnancy, which can provide data support for early clinical intervention.
