Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound combined with plasma D-dimer(D-D)in venous thrombosis of lower limbs,and to provide a reference for the diagnosis and treatment of subse-quent diseases.Methods According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,62 patients with suspected ve-nous thrombosis of lower limbs admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to June 2023 were selected retrospectively.The basic data of all the subjects were analyzed and sorted out,and all of them were examined by color Doppler ultra-sound,plasma D-D examination,Doppler ultrasound combined with plasma D-D examination,deep venography,and the results of deep venography were taken as the gold standard.The detection results and diagnostic efficiency of ve-nous thrombosis of lower limbs by three different examination methods were statistically compared;Receiver operating characteristic curve(ROC)was drawn to analyze the diagnostic effect of different examination methods on lower limb venous thrombosis,and the area under the curve(AUC)was obtained;Analyze the pictures of typical cases were counted.Results The results of deep venography showed that 41 cases were positive and 21 cases were negative in 62 patients with suspected venous thrombosis of lower limbs.Forty-three cases were positive and 19 cases were nega-tive by color Doppler ultrasound,of which only 37 cases were diagnosed as venous thrombosis of lower limbs;44 cases were positive and 18 cases were negative by Plasma D-D ultrasound,of which only 32 cases were diagnosed as venous thrombosis of lower limbs;Forty-two cases were positive and 20 cases were negative by Color Doppler ultrasound combined with plasma D-D examination,of which only 40 cases were diagnosed as venous thrombosis of lower limbs.The sensitivity,specificity,accuracy,AUC value of color Doppler ultrasonography combined with plasma D-D were all higher(P＜0.05).Conclusion The diagnostic efficiency of color Doppler ultrasound combined with plasma D-D in ve-nous thrombosis of lower limbs is high,in the future,it can be used as the main way to assist the diagnosis of lower limb venous thrombosis,which is conducive to the development of targeted diagnosis and treatment measures in sub-sequent clinics.
