经阴道彩色多普勒超声联合腹部彩色多普勒超声对宫外孕患者的检出率分析

摘要
目的 分析在宫外孕患者中采用经阴道彩色多普勒超声联合腹部彩色多普勒超声的检出率.方法 选择60例宫外孕患者作为此次评估对象,所有患者均按照奇偶分组法分为观察组(经阴道彩色多普勒超声联合腹部彩色多普勒超声)与对照组(腹部彩色多普勒超声),每组患者各30例,分析2组患者检出后各指标状况,患者入院进行检查的时间为2019年12月至2022年12月.结果 与对照组患者比较,观察组患者假孕囊、盆腔积液、胚芽检出率更高(P＜0.05),而心管搏动、附件区包块检出组间比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);与对照组的宫外孕检出率比较,观察组的检出率更高(P＜0.05).结论 在宫外孕患者中采用经阴道彩色多普勒超声联合腹部彩色多普勒超声诊断,能有效提高宫外孕检出情况,提高疾病检出率.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the detection rate of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound combined with abdominal color Doppler ultrasound in patients with ectopic pregnancy.Methods Sixty patients with ectopic pregnancy were selected as the evaluation object.All patients were divided into an observation group(transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound combined with abdominal color Doppler ultrasound)and a control group(abdominal color Doppler ultrasound)according to the odd-even grouping method,with 30 patients in each group.The indicators of the two groups were analyzed after detection.The time of admission for examination of patients was in the range of December 2019 to December 2022.Results Compared with the control group,the pseudopregnancy sac,pelvic effusion,and germ in the observation group were higher(P＜0.05).There was no difference in heart tube pulsation and adnexal mass between the two groups(P＞0.05).The detection rate of ectopic pregnancy in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound combined with abdominal color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy can effectively improve the detection of ectopic pregnancy and detection rate.
