摘要
目的 探究心脏彩色多普勒超声对多病因慢性心力衰竭(CHF)左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)和左室射血分数(LVEF)指标的影响及应用.方法 选取我院2020年1月至2022年12月收治的多病因慢性心力衰竭患者51例作为研究对象(研究组),对照组50名为同期健康体验人员,分析2组LVESD、LVEDD和LVEF指标、LVEDD和LVEF阳性率,以及研究组不同心功能分级的心功能指标.结果 研究组LVESD、LVEDD均高于对照组,LVEF低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05);研究组LVEDD和LVEF阳性率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);研究组不同心功能分级的心功能指标也存在差异性,Ⅲ级患者心功能较差(P＜0.05).结论 心脏彩色多普勒超声检测多病因慢性心力衰竭LVESD、LVEDD和LVEF指标效果较好,可有效判定与健康人群的差异性,且Ⅲ级患者心功能较差,需对症结合影像学检查提高CHF患者治疗效果,积极改善预后.
Abstract
Objective To explore the impact and application of cardiac color Doppler ultrasound on left ven-tricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD),and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)indicators in patients with multiple etiology chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods A total of 51 pa-tients with multiple-cause chronic heart failure admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were se-lected as the study subjects(study group),while 50 patients in the control group were health-experienced personnel during the same period.The indexes of LVESD,LVEDD,and LVEF,the positive rates of LVEDD and LVEF in the two groups,as well as the cardiac function indexes of the study group with different concentric function grades were analyzed.Results LVESD and LVEDD in the study group were higher than those in the control group,while LVEF was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).The positive rates of LVEDD and LVEF in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).There were also differ-ences in cardiac function indicators of different concentric function grades in the study group,and patients with gradeⅢ had poorer cardiac function(P＜0.05).Conclusion Cardiac color Doppler ultrasound has a good effect in detecting LVESD,LVEDD,and LVEF indicators in patients with multiple etiology chronic heart failure,which can effectively determine the difference from healthy people.In addition,patients with grade Ⅲ heart function are poor,and symp-tomatic imaging examination is needed to improve the treatment effect of CHF patients and actively improve the prog-nosis.
