Application of two dimensional ultrasound combined with four dimensional color Doppler ultrasound HD-flow color flow imaging in prenatal diagnosis of congenital cardiac dysplasia
Objective To explore the application value of two-dimensional color flow imaging in prenatal diagnosis of fetal congenital heart development(FCHD).Methods A total of 1 983 pregnant women who underwent prenatal examination and delivery from July 2020 to February 2022 were selected for two-dimensional color ultrasound. The"gold standard"is the incidence of FCHD from induction and follow-up to delivery;compare the incidence of FCHD detection rate under different examination methods and the diagnostic value of FCHD under different examination methods, and calculate the consistency. Results There were 51 FCHD in 1 983 pregnant women with prenatal examination and delivery, and the detection rate was 2.57%(51/1 983).The detection rate of two dimensional ultrasound combined with HD-flow color ultrasound was higher than that of two-dimensional ultrasound(P<0.05).Compared with two-dimensional ultrasound,two-dimensional ultrasound and HD and flow ultrasound were higher(P<0.05).The kappa test showed the consistency of 2 D ultrasound(kappa value=0.667,P<0.001).The consistency of 2 D ultrasound combined with color flow imaging was good(kappa value=0.916,P<0.001).Conclusion Two-dimensional ultrasound and four-dimensional color ultrasound HD-flow color flow imaging have high application value in prenatal FCHD diagnosis, which is helpful to timely clarify the type of cardiac development abnormalities, and has high diagnostic accuracy and consistency, which can provide an effective reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment, and is worthy of popularization and application.
