摘要
IgA肾病是全球最常见的原发性肾小球肾炎,补体系统的异常调控和激活在IgA肾病的发病和进展中发挥关键作用.本综述从补体系统异常在IgA肾病中的作用、IgA肾病中补体的激活和调控机制及靶向补体的治疗三方面对IgA肾病中补体系统异常进行阐述,以期IgA肾病中补体系统的研究发现能为其发病机制和临床诊治带来进展和突破.
Abstract
IgA nephropathy is the most common primary glomerulonephritis in the world.Dysregulation and overactivation of complement system play a vital role in the development and progression of the disease.This review elaborates the abnormalities of com-plement system in IgA nephropathy on three aspects including the role of complement system abnormalities,the mechanisms of complement system activation and regulation,and targeted complement therapies.It hopes that the research findings can bring progress and breakthroughs to its pathogenesis and clinical diagnosis and treatment.
